You should have seen us in the cafeteria in Sandton, Before life in the time of Corona. Excitement, joy, a conversation that never ends is how you would describe my interactions with Khosi. If you pay a little bit of attention in the Youtube video, you will notice the familiarity we have with each other. I can't even remember how many years we have known each other. We have ran together and well running has been a part of our lives.

Now I am left behind in Sandton and she is in London. So I have accomodation for when I do London Marathon.

EXTREMELY proud of this one ☝🏾 . just over 7 months in London 📍 , and I’d say it’s been a good mix of “mosting” and flourishing 😂😭 🥴😅 . . Also, I had planned to be visiting home in August and I think my subconscious knows this because every day I wake up craving only things that I’d find in Southyy ie “amakip ‘kip / skopas/ ouma tande (bought from a spaza shop with questionable hygiene practices) “ 🥺 . . Anyways there’s a whole video where I answered (some of) y’alls questions about how living in London has been so far.. . . (Link is in the bio as usual, tell your friends) . . . . . #igerslondon #london #london_bigcity #london_only #londoncalling #londoncityworld #londonlife #lovegreatbritain #thelondonlifeinc #thisislondon #unitedkingdom #visitlondon #visitengland #unlimitedlondon #toplondonphoto #lovelondon #londoncollective #wonderlustlondon #uk

It was vibes catching with Khosi for the second time. I think the last time we spoke for close to 2 hours.

This interview is split into two parts

Part 1 focused on her fitness journey and running.
Part 2 is focused on social issues affecting women in society, women in sports and life after Covid-19.
