Bloody Monday
Running Conversations with @dvdjoseph from Yamajo in Montreal, Canada about life , the streets and living running. I have met people who live running all from an app called instagram. We run these instagram streets.

It's 6am, just finished working out now it's time to get ready for work.

I run with YAMAJO {@werunmtl} Today we kick off season 2 of running the streets of MTL!

About me...
Born and raised in the 514 #OUIthenorth! I love my city but I fancy myself a little bit of a traveller...15 countries on my resume as of today ️

I grew up very active playing lots of sports but ultimately choose basketball as my main squeeze. After my glory days I got into the @spartanrace which lead me to run more seriously to improve my times. Playing basketball when coach made us run it was a punishment...Who would of thought it would eventually become a passion.
I love my job, the best part of my day is the 25 minutes I get to spend with my little homie Sasha before she starts school ️ ###
About my crew.

YAMAJO is for the people by the people. No contracts just good vibes. Some are fast some are sexy but they're all about togetherness. Our youngest member is 21 and our eldest is 50 but age just like pace is just a number in our world. We start and finish each crew run together. No one gets left behind. We make memories.
