On this the last thursday of x THE MEN series, we take it to that island living vibe. Oh the sun, the swimming how I wish I could be a part. WINTER IS COMING...

Q. Tell us a little bit about who you are and what you do for a living?

A. Just an ordinary guy, 38 yrs. old, living in Cyprus, an architect/designer whose in love with graphic design. And a big fun or running. 

Q. How do you balance your exercise regime and your professional life?
A. I can not actually! Just trying my best to do both at the same time. 

Q. When and why did you start running?
A. I have started 5 years ago just to keep my body in shape than quite for a while. Since 2 years now, I am trying my best to run whenever I can because it making me feel happy, energetic both in physically and mentally. 

Q. What motivates you to go out there, when you do not feel like it?
A. Looking to myself at the mirror would be enough always

Q. What is the longest distance you have ran?
A. Up to now its 16k. 

Q. What gives you the confidence to run in the streets?
A. Motivating the people run like me.

Q. What do you think about the lack of exercise among the youth?
A. Wish I could do more… much more actually. 

Q. What was your best running experience?
A. Each one of them is unique actually but the day I have run my longest, I was so proud, motivated, and TIREDJ

Q. What was your worst running experience?
A. It happen several times and either the wind is too strong or I am not ready to do t mentallyJ 

Q. How do you push through the pain?
A. Just avoiding it and thing about the physical advantages I will have if I continue to run. 

Q. What advice can you give somebody who wants to start running?
A. Just do it! Once you pop you can’t stop, if you know what I meanJ
