Bloody Monday right! I am happy that I have reached my goal for the month and back to the #RunRevolution movement we grow! 

A few weeks ago I received an email from the social media manager from Galaxy Running Club and a few emails exchanged later one of their runnners is sharing their running with us :D 


Q. Tell us a little bit about who you are and what you do for a living?
Well, my name is Fersandy Lukman. 23 years old. An Indonesian. And I share my passion with Galaxy Running Club (@galaxyrunningclub).

Q. How do you balance your exercise regime and your professional life?
What I do for living, just living a life I will remember. So, do what I love.

Q. When and why did you start running?
October 2013, I start running, because I feel my career as a football player for my college was over. So I choose running to keep my body fit.

Q. What is the longest distance you have ran?
I have ran (trail running) 60 kilometers.

Q. What was your best running experience?
My best running experience is when I joined the Brutal Turtoring Sadistic race (BTS100Ultra) in November 2014. My first trail race event and as a finisher.

Q. What was your worst running experience?
My worst running experience is hmm.. when I skip the water station for 8 miles. Heat outside heat inside.

Q. How do you push through the pain?
How to I push through the pain (during race),  just keep in my mind “believe you can and you’re halfway there”.

Q. What advice can you give somebody who wants to start running?
What advice can I give somebody who wants to start running, running is about you against yourself, buddy.

Q. Which Social media sites are you on and how can one follow you?Instagram (@ferslukman). I love to post some pictures about scenery when I’m running, travelling, and exploring new places. People love it too surely.



My best running shoes is … Brooks Ghost 6.

I love running because … is the best way to experience the world.

Injury is … temporary rest.

My body is … my media to run the world.

Pain is … pride.

The road … is playground.

Sweat is … overflowing spirit.

In future, I would like to run … all the trail running events in Indonesia.

Indie means … means struggling. Struggling to cacth your living goal.
