On Wednesday's we run and dedicate those runs to the all the women in the world. The other day I was dying on the streets trying to get to 7 km. I passed a woman doing a solo run and I thought to myself how brave is she. After all the reports I have been reading and hearing about women being attacked, harassed and raped during their runs. This really should not be the case though & it brought me back to the reason why I started this podcast series.
