Q. Who are you and what you do for a living?
My name is Elias Tuachi, i am from México city. I have a coworking where people rent their own working space for a short period of time o a big period.
Q. How do you balance your exercise regime and your professional life?
I workout early and then i go to work after running
Q. When and why did you start running?
I started running when i was 14 years old, i wanted to try something new in my life and i started to run at the gym, then i started to run a 10k race and so on till i got to run my first marathon at New York City.
Q. What motivates you to go out there, when you do not feel like it?
Its my own therapy, my own space and its one of the most enjoyable things i get to do
Q. What gives you the confidence to run in the streets?
I trust my own instincts and i decide that streets are made for running
Q. What was your best running experience?
When i ran my first marathon New York City.
Q. What was your worst running experience?
When i ran my third marathon Mexico City, I got injured because it wasn´t a good marathon.
Q. How do you push through the pain?
By challenging myself to never giving up.
Q. What advice can you give somebody who wants to start running?
To go to the gym or gather around with a group of friends that are starting to run and then start running by themselves and each time getting to run more distance.
