About the Blog: For the longest time, I ran alone. I was called crazy and obsessed and maybe I was but I kept at it. Alone, surprisingly the people who pushed me to do this had stopped as life goes. I was alone, on the road, slowly getting somewhere alone. It was not fine but I did not have a choice, doing something alone, pushes you to be stronger. Doing something as a group though, pushes you to be stronger and you have fun while doing it.
I inspired a lot of people to at least think about running. Lots have asked to run with me, but when the time comes for that to happen. Excuses range from "they don't make running skirts and I don't want to show my body" to "I am so busy". A few found confidence in their bodies and made time though to start running. 1 step becomes 10 000 becomes a 10 km becomes a half marathon becomes a very long distance, with time of course
WITH THIS BLOG, MY PLAN IS TO INSPIRE PEOPLE THAT DO NOT SEE THEMSELVES AS RUNNERS TO BECOME RUNNERS. I EXPOSE THEM TO NORMAL PEOPLE, NOT ELITE ATHLETES BUT THE EVERYDAY RUNNER WHO WILL NEVER WIN A RACE IN THEIR LIVES. RUNNERS WHO ENJOY WHAT THEY DO, IT COULD BE YOU...
